Keeping students interested and engaged can be a challenging task. With current technology, are you constantly searching for tools to enhance your approach to teaching and learning? If so, join us as we share a fun way to get your students interacting with text in a unconventional way….. #Booksnaps! #Booksnaps can be created with Snapchat, Bitomoji, Buncee, and/or Google Draw. We will share how to create #Booksnaps with each of these tools and you can choose the one that best fits your teaching/learning style. #Booksnaps provide a fun, creative way for students to reflect as they study their notes, read books or interact with any type of text. We will also share ways adult learners are using this tool to chart their own learning. You do not want to miss this highly engaging, interactive session that will make you the coolest teacher/lead learner around! This session is appropriate for educators at all levels and positions. Be sure to bring a device that can access Snapchat, Bitmoji, Google Draw and/or Buncee. The first two can be downloaded from the app store on an Apple or Andriod device and the last two can be accessed via the web.
