Cultivating Success as a Leader of Digital Schools
Limited Capacity seats available

Are you a boss who is driving change or a leader who is cultivating success in your schools? Gone are the days where a title alone makes you a successful leader in your learning communities. School leaders are often the least attended to when it comes to professionally development and are left to forge a path into the relative unknown. Please join Mike Patterson, for a thought provoking talk on Leading Schools in the Digital Age and what it means to be an agent of change in your schools. This is a preview to a larger collaborative workshop that is built to discuss purposeful change and the need for transformational leadership in our schools. Leading schools in the digital age is complex enough as it is, even without the addition of technology. We will discuss what a district leader’s new role looks like and how to be successful in their new role as a System Player, Lead Learner and Agent of Change when dealing with the complexities of 21st Century Education.
